This is a cherry spatula.
It is slightly concave so that it can also be tasted.
I think a straight tip is easier to stir the bottom of the pot than one with a slanted tip.
The one on the market is right-angled, but the tip is slightly tilted because I am left-handed. This is the beauty of homemade.

味も出来るようにに少し凹ませてます。
先端が斜めになったものより、真っ直ぐのものの方が鍋底をかき混ぜ易いと思う。
市販品は直角だけど、自分が左利きのために少しだけ先が傾いている。こう言うところは自作の良さですね。
